Coldharbour Barn is an interesting
single storey three winged building of granite
construction which was originally used to house
cattle. We have converted the barn, and one
of the wings now provides a quality self contained
holiday home with a private garden. The
remaining two wings of the barn comprise our home.
The shared front door leads into a lobby with space for buggies etc and a coats cupboard. Your own front door which leads off the lobby leads into a hall way off which are two bedrooms, one with a double bed [which could be converted into two single beds if needed] with an en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and w.c. and one bedroom with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and w.c. The beds have duvets with white bed linen and red accessories. Both the bedrooms have french doors leading into the garden.
The Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen are of an open plan design with a vaulted beamed ceiling and again this room has french doors leading into the garden. The lounge/diner has a settee and two easy chairs, colour television video and radio, dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area is well equipped with all the usual kitchen utensils, pans and crockery and has an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. There are fitted carpets throughout except in the bathrooms and kitchen area.
The garden which has uniterrupted views over open farmland has a patio area with a glass topped outdoor table, chairs and a canvas sun umbrella. There is a lawned area with sun loungers.
All inclusive in the price are gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels [but not beach towels] travel cot and high chair are provided.
There is an ample off road car park attached to the property.
